Meetings will be held weekly at noon on Fridays in the Discord #steering-committee-meeting channel
Start an .md note from the meeting notes template and list all attendees
Review PEP items per the process outlined
review sessionize and upcoming meeting topics - ensure we’ve got next 3 months planned (speaker booked or activity outlined) and brainstorm for more ideas
review agenda from last week and take action
Every meeting should end with setting an agenda for the next meeting
